Without exceptions or liabilities, all products are entirely sold with manufacturer's warranty and technical support, effective from the date of invoice.

Touchscreens Direct are not responsible, nor can be held liable, for any failure, losses or damage due to equipment failure. Although we are happy to offer basic diagnostics or technical support assistance, we may refer you to the originating manufacturer for higher-level support or warranty returns/replacements.

Elo Touch Solutions
Elo products are commonly sold with a three year return to manufacturer warranty unless stated or advertised otherwise. All requests for technical assistance should be directed to Elo Touch Solutions using their online contact form or by contacting them on +32 (0)16 70 45 45.

Displaylite
Displaylite products are covered by a two year return to manufacturer warranty from date of shipping. All requests for technical assistance should be made directly to Displaylite using their online contact form or by calling +44 (0)1480 455114.

PQ Labs
PQ Labs products are covered by a one year return to manufacturer warranty from date of shipping. As PQ Labs products are shipped in direct from the manufacturer upon request, all items are put through comprehensive diagnostics checks prior to shipping and, as a result, we have a near 0% failure rate. Support for the Touchtech LIMA software is provided directly by Touchtech themselves, we are unable to offer any technical support or assistance ourselves for this product.
